They worked well with NW Natural (who gave us a great review of Proflame when we were buying our fireplace) picked up, delivered and installed our fireplace within the first week of NE natural receiving it. Workers showed up when scheduled, were very polite and took great care to not dirty or scratch our floors. Install went through without issues and the technicians did a great job of explaining our new fireplace once it was complete. It looks great and works well!! "Like best: Josh and two other young men delivered and replaced our wood burning stove with a free standing propane stove. They were very professional and easy to talk to. Josh explained the process and went to work. The three of them work very hard completing the job in several hours. The area and the stove were cleaned very well. The stove was started and run to verify all was good. Josh explained how to use the stove. I feel confident about our choice.

"Like best: Pro Flame installed a gas insert and custom surround for us and we couldn't be more thrilled by the finished product. There was an initial hiccup with the custom surround and they worked with us to make it right. Jose & crew were punctual, professional, and clean –everything you could ask for service pros.
